Getting Started
We talk plans and budget at the same time, before getting a final set of drawings from an architect, to avoid designing more house than you are prepared to build.Our building process begins with a meeting to discuss what you are looking for in a new home. We assess your lifestyle needs and locate communities offering the environment and character that fits your family. We review your lot and plans if you have them. If you don't we assist you in the search for a lot and design plans for you based on discussions about your family's needs and style preferences.
With an initial idea of size and layout of your home and the preferred location, we can estimate a budget that is usually within 5% to 10% of the final price, assuming size and specifications remain consistent with the initial proposal.
