What is a Character Study?
At Rollo Homes we specialize in developing the perfect home for the perfect site. In fact, we have become so good at this that developers now come to us to develop solutions that turn challenging lots into exceptional home sites. Our Character Studies take an existing home site that has exceptional amenities like golf course views, but that is more difficult than your traditional square lot, and develop a perfect solution to maximize the site. We analyze a site, determine the best solution, and then work with an architect that has experience in the type of home we want to build on that site. We develop what is akin to a really nice napkin sketch to help a buyer visualize the solution. However, unlike a spec home, we don't start building until we have a buyer that fits that home, and until they have had a chance to work with us to modify our idea to make it "Uniquely Yours".
